Test Results Request

You can request your test results using the form on this page, or alternatively by calling our Test Results Team on 0118 902 8300 and pressing option 2, this line is open between 10:00am and 1:00pm Monday to Friday.

Please note, we request that you do not assume that a result is normal if we do not contact you. The surgery will contact you if there is a significant problem with your results, but please contact us for all results as the GP may have made some suggestions or advice based on your results even if there is not a significant problem.

In future you may wish to register for online services to have the ability to book or cancel an appointment, request a repeat prescription, change personal details and view your medical records without visiting the practice.
